Fondo europeo di solidarietà per i film ucraini. Aperti i bandi per progetti 2025 – Scadenza 30 giugno

Nel 2025, per il terzo anno consecutivo, viene rinnovato il Fondo europeo di solidarietà per i film ucraini grazie all’impegno dei suoi contribuenti.

Il bando 2025 per il sostegno alla produzione è stato lanciato ufficialmente durante il 78° Festival di Cannes.

Le candidature possono essere presentate fino a lunedì 30 giugno (23:59 CET)

Questo bando, che sarà l’unico ESFUF per l’anno 2025, è aperto a opere cinematografiche di lunga durata appartenenti al genere della fiction, del documentario o dell’animazione. Le domande devono essere presentate prima dell’inizio delle riprese del film. Saranno accettate al massimo due domande per società di produzione.

Il budget totale del 2025, 1,5 milioni di euro, consentirà ai progetti vincitori di beneficiare di sostanziose sovvenzioni alla produzione. Il contributo massimo è di 200.000 euro per i film di finzione e di animazione e 90.000 euro per i documentari.

I progetti presentati vengono selezionati da un comitato di esperti indipendenti.

The European Solidarity Fund for Ukrainian Films was renewed in 2025 for a third consecutive year, thanks to the commitment of its contributors.

The 2025 call for projects for production support was officially launched during the 78^th Cannes film festival.

Applications can be submitted until Monday, June 30^th (23:59pm CET)

This call, which will be the only ESFUF call for the year 2025, is open to long-length cinematographic works belonging to the genre of fiction, documentary or animation. Applications must be submitted before the start of the film shooting. A maximum of two applications per production company will be accepted.

Projects should be co-produced between Ukrainian production companies and companies established in the ESFUF-contributing countries. The fund now brings together 19 contributors from 18 European countries and has recently welcomed a new member, the Polish Film Institute, enabling Polish production companies to apply for the first time.

A total budget of 1.5 M € will be dedicated to the call, allowing projects to benefit from substantial production grants. Support is capped at 200 000 € for fiction and animation films and at 90 000 € for documentaries.
